  7.     Vroom! PRINCESS ANNE was fined $290 and banned from driving
  8. for a month after being picked up for going 90 m.p.h. It was
  9. one of two offenses in the same week, and her barrister said
  10. she was "surprised at the speed stated." Racing must be in the
  11. blue blood. Prince Charles has been credited with hitting 115
  12. m.p.h., but so far has a clean record. So do the Duke and
  13. Duchess of York, better known as Prince Andrew and Fergie,
  14. whose cars have radar detectors. Queen Elizabeth is said to put
  15. the pedal to the metal when she's in a hurry, and though Queen
  16. Mum hasn't been seen behind the wheel lately, she has said that
  17. her Jaguar XJ12 "goes like a bomb."
